WELCOME TO OUR NEW LANGUAGE ASSISTANT
This is Noelle, our new language assitant for this year. Here you can read a letter to know all about her.
Hi, my name is Noelle Nicholson. I'm the new English language assistant at El Zargal for the school year. I'm from a city of 60,000 people called Olympia. It's located in the Northeast of the United States, near the larger city of Seattle. I live on a small bay of the Puget Sound; the area is well-known for it's marine life. The climate is similar to that of Galicia, and the geography is also similar to that of Galicia. Well, this is my second year as an English assistant. Last year I worked in a small town in Menorca. Now I have the opportunity to work here, which I am very happy about. Two years ago I studied in Granada at the School of Modern Languages. I chose to be here in Andalucia because I had such a wonderful experience when I studied here. This year I will speak English with the students and I will help them with their English skills. This year I will be working with science classes. During my free time, my hobbies are cooking, reading, and singing. Last year I sang in a jazz band. This year I hope to sing with the kids to teach them English songs! If you have any questions or ideas I would love to meet you.
